It’s sketch challenge at PalsPaperArts this week…
created by the lovely Margaret Moody and here is my take….
and I’ll quickly tell you about this guy…..
sorry for the cruddy pic. , but I was far up in my warehouse {packing Sundog orders} when I saw this hawk just standing by my gargage. I thought he was hurt because he didn’t move for a long time. What was really happening this sneaky hawk was using my bushes to hide. My neighbors feed every sort of wildlife available to New England… turkey…fox..chipmunks….birds. Well Mr. Hawk could not get a direct dive because of the tall Pine trees, so he patiently waited { so long I was getting ready to call the game warden and tell him we had an injured bird at the house} and then he made his move. He ran {never seen that before} took a quick low flight and thank goodness I didn’t see the rest { feathers flew, the sky filled with small birds, you get it}.
Well that was my excitement for today.
Enjoy!!

Thanks for sharing your story about the hawk. I am always amazed to see how they adapt to situations and in the end get their meal. I guess hunger is a great motivator. :0
Gorgeous card…really classy and elegant! Funny story about the hawk too, except getting his prize at the end. Have a great day!
You do vintage so well! Great how you showcased the crown! Thanks for joining us again at PPA!
